I haven’t received any order confirmation
Once your payment is successfully processed and your order is confirmed, you will receive a confirmation via email or SMS.

When will I get my order?
We ship all orders within 1–2 business days of confirmation.
Delivery times may vary depending on your location, but we work with leading courier partners to ensure quick and reliable shipping.
I want to cancel my order
Orders can be cancelled before shipment or within 24 hours of placement, whichever comes first.

I have received a damaged item
If your order arrives damaged, please notify us within 72 hours of delivery.

Attach photos of the damaged product and the shipping label, and include your order ID.
When will I get my refund?
Once we receive the necessary details and verify the damage, a refund will be processed within 3–4 working days.

I like other designs more & want an exchange
We offer a one-time free exchange for product replacements.
Please note:
- Reverse shipping must be arranged and paid by the customer.
- The exchange request must be made within 7 days of receiving your order.

When will I receive my replacement?
To be eligible for exchange, the product must be:
- Unused
- Unwashed
- Unsoiled
- In its original packaging
Once we receive the returned item, we will dispatch your replacement within 7 days.
I have changed my mind & want a refund
We offer a no-questions-asked refund policy.
- Customers must bear the reverse shipping cost (approx. ₹150)
