Orders placed before 2:30 PM (IST) are usually shipped the same day from our warehouse. We aim to get your order to you as quickly and smoothly as possible.

Estimated delivery time is calculated from the date of dispatch, not the order date.
While we strive to deliver your order within 3–7 working days across India, please note:
Deliveries to remote or difficult-to-reach areas may take longer
Delays may occur during peak seasons (sales, holidays, or promotions)
Weather conditions or local disruptions may affect delivery timelines
Delivery Process:
Orders require a signature on delivery; however, contactless delivery is available upon request
Please note this is not a named delivery service—any person present at the provided address may sign for the delivery
We are not responsible for lost or missing orders signed for by someone else at a shared address (e.g., office, apartment, hostel, etc.)
Failed Deliveries:
Our courier partner will attempt delivery up to 3 times on consecutive business days
If delivery fails and no communication is received within 5 days, the parcel will be returned to our warehouse
Eco-Friendly Packaging:
To reduce our environmental impact, we may ship your order in eco-packaging during promotional or sale periods:
Items are wrapped in tissue paper
Delivered in plain, recyclable brown boxes without branding or product details
Gift packaging is not available

During sales and festivals, order processing and delivery may take longer.

RETURN TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Returns & Exchanges are accepted on unworn items within 14 days of order receipt and require an RA number. Items must be received within 10 days of RA issue. Items discounted 50% or more are Final Sale.

During regular business hours, email requests are immediately processed. If, for any reason, you don’t receive a timely response, please wait for next day.
Once an RA number is received, please specify if you want an exchange or refund. Securely pack items and send them using an insured carrier:

Orders may be returned within 14 days of receipt if you are unsatisfied. If you need to return an item, please note that all items must be returned in the condition they were received: worn, altered, or washed, with all tags attached. Customers will receive a full refund minus shipping. Merchandise returned without original packaging will not be refunded.
Replacements at no cost to you will be sent promptly in the event of damaged or defective merchandise. Free return shipping is provided for damaged, defective, or incorrectly shipped items. In all other cases, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs. Items returned COD will not be accepted.
Once a return has been received (within a specified time), a credit or refund will be processed within 2-3 business days. Customers will be notified by email when a return is complete. Please note that your banking institution may require additional days to process and post the transaction.
